The English
Cocker Spaniel is a tireless, enthusiastic hunter, and
retains more of its hunting nature than does the
American version. It is an excellent and willing
retriever, and is unmatched in hunting woodcock or
pheasant. The English Cocker can flush out partridge and
will wade willingly into a marsh to pick up a duck or
goose. The breed is obedient, cheerful, good mannered,
and excellent with children. |
